Jurisprudence is a second order course, a life philosophy. Jurisprudence is unlike history, etc… where you start from the basic. Jurisprudence assumes basic knowledge of the principles of law. What happens here is a reflection of what happens in other areas of law and that is why it is best reserved for the final lap of the lap. What jurisprudence does is to select for reflection all concept of law. And the most important is the definition of law itself.

The problem with the term Jurisprudence is usually between the Legal and the Lay usage. In jurisprudence, the Legal usage of Person is ‘man’ but the lay usage is what may be problematic. Even Language itself is not precise. Even the English language that we speak has several variations. As it is said, ‘English language is not a tool of Mathematical precision.’
